Architectural visualisation is the artform that originally inspired Preconstruct.

When we started out in 2003, the central aim of the founders was to become leaders in the field – creating beautiful, purposeful CGI and animations to help architects, developers and investors achieve their goals.

In 15 years we’ve created 10’s of 1000’s of photomontage, CGI and animations for projects around the world, from small extensions to multi-billion dollar masterplans.

We use and develop cutting-edge techniques to deliver fine imagery for every facet of building design, development, construction and investment.
